Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Gallra, the website at gallra.dev and the Gallra apps (together, "the service"). Gallra is operated by Bulut T. Guney, an individual based in Turkey ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Gallra lets you capture short notes ("sparks"), sorts them into themes on a schedule, proposes chains from what accumulates, and produces periodic reports. Sorting is done by automated language models, so its results can be wrong; treat them as suggestions, not advice.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes every feature and sorts your sparks every three days. The paid plan costs $5 per month or $48 per year and sorts nightly, with more sort-now credits and a weekly report. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then return to the free plan. Nothing you have captured is deleted when a plan changes. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your content
What you write in Gallra stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the model providers described in our privacy policy. We do not use it to train models or sell it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Gallra to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Gallra running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid plan we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
Ending your account
You can stop using Gallra at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to hello@gallra.dev.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
